My daughter and I and several other people nervously arranging transportation to work this morning are not happy with the... maintenance of the garages located on the 14th Street side of the complex. Our remotes don't work. The manual key codes don't work. We can't access our cars and we will be very late reporting to our jobs. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE. Every one of us reported to the emergency maintenance number only to be told the office wasn't open yet. For this reason alone I can no longer recommend Renaissance Heights to anyone. I'd never rent from this place again. The hot tub "just" reopened after 2 months of it being down for renovations and the... area looks terrible, the hot tub is COLD, and there's no pride in this apartment complex. Overpriced, poor management, lack of communication, amenities never work or are unclean, dog poop everywhere, parking lots are dark and never cleared properly of snow or ice. Never, ever, have we as a family experienced such a level of friendliness, warmth and caring from landlords as we have from... Renaissance Heights. The staff somehow creates an atmosphere of family! We don't feel like 'the people in #507' - we feel like a valued addition to the family.
The minor problems we had when we moved in recently were taken care of swiftly, as well as the more worrisome leak from a ceiling light - all resolved in no time. Our apartment is slowly taking shape and we're being very conservative hanging decor on the walls to minimize damage. We love the overall look of the place and are thrilled to have been granted the floor layout we wanted so much. The Renaissance ladies made us feel as if they were determined to get us exactly what we wanted! All in all, we couldn't be happier. Our garage, the mailroom and pool house are within easy walking distance and we are fascinated by our lovely view. We took a walk through the public areas recently and were most impressed.

This is the second Weidner property we are staying in here in Williston and I must say Renaissance is my family's favorite... one.
Besides the amenities which are great, the ladies at the office are so nice and friendly. They treat issues promptly and to them you are not just a number. They know all of our (my family members) names and would spare some minutes to say hello if they ever meet you on the property.
