Pet Policy
Pets - Max 2 AllowedMonthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $250 per pet
Refundable Pet Deposit: $250 per pet
Cats & Dogs are welcome! The weight limit is 50 lbs per pet, and the following breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull & Pit Bull Mixes, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, and Akita. Some other types of pets such as hamsters, birds, and fish are allowed. Resident may not have more than two birds, two canaries, two parakeets, or one Mynah bird. Turtles must be kept in an aquarium, hamsters and gerbils must be caged. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. No other animals or reptiles are permitted. Pet fees apply only for cats and dogs; pet fees do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed. We consider requests for reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis after considering the nature of the request for accommodation to afford a person with a disability an equal opportunity to use and enjoy our community.
