Lived here for 2 years, parking can be hard but honestly where isn’t it anymore?? The amenities are nice, a game room with... pool and foosball a blackjack table etc. a nice grilling area outside for those summer evenings and a cute little dog run for the fur babies. Excellent maintenance staff and the people in the office are super nice and are always trying to help. Walking distance to the new high school and not too far from everything else. There is zero maintenance and you have to park super far away because they don’t have enough parking. We need a new cleaning lady! I never leave reviews like ever, but this is ridiculous. The main building that the office is... in smells like cat pee, and she let fluids sit for so long on the stairwell that it is permanently crusty and stained forever. Our hallways are so gross and smell so bad that I don’t even want to invite my friends over to have a small get together or eat dinner because of how gross the outside is. Maintenance department is phenomenal here. Literally came to fix my garage so I can be able to park my car in my garage again.... We would like to clarify what message board you are using so in the future we do not miss anything. I've lived here for over 2 years and it is the worst. Fall and spring they crank the heat and you're stuck with the bill,... but when it gets really cold the base board heaters can't keep up. It's currently 30 outside but 70 in my apartment, how does that make sense when I have the a/c blowing?
